The pet terms are a $200 nonrefundable fee per approved dog plus one $300 refundable pet deposit per tenancy. No cats. This is a nonsmoking property. Move-in charges include a $1,000 refundable security deposit and a $250 nonrefundable cleaning fee. Renter's insurance with at least $100,000 in personal liability coverage is required before move-in.
