Everyone is friendly, there is no loud noise other than traffic on Greenway, maintenance responds every quickly, there's no trash everywhere and people actually pick up their dog poo which is absolutely amazing. Its very clean, reasonable prices and I truly have enjoyed lovong here the past few months. Would recommend to anyone.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentThey charge for reserved parking they charge for valet trash pickup that they don't do and no matter how much you complain about it they won't take it off of the so-called rent fee list and the fees for a one bedroom is extremely outrageous it should be maybe a thousand bucks a month plus all the fees of course but other than that the maintenance guys those guys are cool
