I'm surprised how quite it is never living in a apartment complex before.One big draw back is lack of guest parking,I had friends leave because they couldn't park.Other then that big issue everything else is great.

No parking for guests. Maintenance stores there items in multiple garages intended fir tenants. Extra fee for covered parking. Maintenance takes forever.
