• $28 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant
• 6 mo. initial lease term (We can discuss this a bit, but an initial 6 mo. lease is good for both sides as a "let's try it out" kind of thing.)

Applicant Rental Criteria...
• VERIFIABLE income of at least 3 times rent amount.
• Acceptable "rental worthiness" score from background check company (a 3rd party company provides this service and gives a "rental worthiness" score)
• Greater consideration will be given to applicants with a strong rental history, quality references, and steady/reliable income
• Must have an acceptable debt to income ratio (this would be be discussed on a case by case basis).
• A background check and credit check will be run. It's in your best interest to discuss what will be found on those things BEFORE submitting an application to save yourself some money.
