Verified residentReview source: verified residentManagement is nonexistent, I never hear back from them with questions or concerns. They took over 3 weeks to register me after I moved in, meaning I couldn't submit any maintenance requests, pay rent, or view my signed lease till after 10 emails and calls and finally contacting the City of Kirkland because I had a leak under my sink that went days without attention. It was incredibly stressful.
