Must have 3x the rent in total household income from all funding sources (before taxes)

Furnished apartments often have extra fees beyond the rent listed. Please contact for more information.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL US ON THE LISTED TELEPHONE LINE. Because of a number of projects on which I am working, I too often am too far from the phone to get to it in time. PLEASE DO EMAIL ME ON InnAtLittleFalls@gmail.com - please also note that we are a large home in which we provide quality furnished lodgings to people in such need. We are - someone who recently contacted us was interested in the entire home, not one of our available lodging opportunities. We are NOT "renting out the entire home." This offering, for our East Garden Room, is a large (but not HUGE) fully-furnished historic bedroom, including full queen-sized bed, desk, very large dresser, large bookcase, colorful ceiling fan, large deep closet, and one door away from large cathedral-ceiling bath. Very quiet area.... It has huge windows facing east, overlooking out huge garden - so it's bathed in sunshine. Full AC and heating, controlled from the room itself....
