The apartment made a deal with residents to pay them for taking pictures of people going the wrong way, then they refuse to pay me. The neighborhood while close to my work, is completely unsafe. People consistently let their dogs out without a leash all the time and we almost ran over one because of it.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentSee it for yourself, this place is a joke…I moved Intimi a dirty apartment with an obvious infestation and when I asked for ways to remedy the situation I was offered 25$ complete joke I lived there and I use lived very loosely for 2 weeks with out a working shower and after 2 weeks of making requests I broke my lease and found a much better apartment
