Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe first week we moved in the water pipes above us busted and ruined a bunch of our stuff and the ceiling is yellow and wet looking still and we were just given a fan and told it would be fixed very soon two weeks ago and have not heard anything since. Plus we were told we had a washer and dryer hook up is the reason we chose these apartment and there is none and also there are no lights but only switch plugs for lps in the bedrooms. The people are friendly but it is not as it was advertised. Also we cannot use the bathtub because the entire time we have lived here it pours water out into the hallway and into the bathroom floor and we have put in work orders to no avail. Would really appreciate being able to use the bath or shower. Also the alarms in the hall go off for about ,6 or ,7 hrs a day and sounds like loud fire alarms.
