Upon approval, we will hold the property for you, for a (minimum) of 1/2 the total security deposit; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out of the deal. Then anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with first & last month's rent.
First & last month's rent, along with total security deposit, must be paid in full prior to taking possession of the property.
