APPLICATION SCREENING CRITERIA

HOLDING REQUIREMENTS
-Move-Ins are scheduled no sooner than 3 business days after application approval.
-Lease Start Date must be WITHIN 14 days of application receipt or unit availability.
-Upon application approval, Holding/Security Deposit (standard deposit as noted within marketing material, up to 1.5 months rent), prorated rent upon move-in* AND executed lease are due to hold unit. **Move-ins on the 15th or after will require prorated rent AND the following month rent in its entirety to hold. "Free Rent" Specials may require applicable prorated rent upon move-in, in addition to the FOLLOWING full month's rent to hold.
