PETS WELCOME! Small dogs up to 30 pounds require an additional refundable deposit of $300, and large DOGS and CATS require a $500 additional refundable deposit plus $63/mo pet rent per animal. (Max four pets, max one cat, max 40lbs for dogs.). There is an additional non-refundable Screening Charge for animals ($20 first pet, $15 each additional pet, no charge for service animals). Notes: This home is non-smoking. The photos are old file photos...the yard does is not a pretty as it once was, but we now include professional yard care. The downstairs wood floors have recently been refinished and look fantastic.
