As a courtesy to you the home will have a light clean monthly for no charge during stays over 30 days. Cleaning equipment and starter supplies are in the home as well for you to use. All of this is to help keep your exit cleaning fee low at the end of your lease.
For your safety and convenience, there are motion sensored lights around the property and outdoor security cameras recording at all times.
Self check-in: Smart-lock with your personalized code. Not given until the day of check-in!

PETS:
Cats and small dogs are allowed, but are considered on a case-by-case basis. Pets have to be approved in advance. If approved there would be a nonrefundable pet deposit. The approval applies to service animals as well. No dogs over 35lbs. 2 pet max.

POLICIES:
This is a non-smoking home, please no smoking of any kind inside the home, tobacco, vaping, medical marijuana etc.
