Location, Location Location. Yes the studio is small HOWEVER it is located in the heart of the Upper West Side. It is close to everything. It is one block from Riverside Park and a few blocks from Central Park. There are many grocery stores within a couple blocks; Fairway, Citarella and Trader Joes. It is few blocks from 72nd street where there are many restuarnats and all sorts of services including the 72nd street subway. The studio is very quiet. You will sleep like a baby. The building is very quiet and all the residents are very nice. it is a very safe building. It has laundry in the basement and an elevator. It is small building with only 6 stories on a cute tree lined street. The apartment is small but includes a queen size bed, big TV with cable, couch and small kitchen along with a bathroom that has a shower/bathtub. It is a great place to come to and relax after a long day out in the City.
