Just the rent is a bit higher than I anticipated. The amenities are great, if youre willing to pay for the value of the place. Its close enough to the city, but far enough to enjoy peace away from it.

Overall, I love living here. It’s much better than living in New York City. It’s cleaner it’s quieter. It’s nicer and you get more for your money. The amenities are nice except for the Dog Park. It’s dirty and full of dog Doodoo. The tenants do not clean up after their dog so the dog park is unusable. Period management is very nice and considerate. But they need to take care of the building better. Someone stole the soap out of the bathroom and it has not been replaced in two weeks. Coffee machine is always broken. And the concierge are not the greatest. Maintenance is excellent. Overall, I would recommend. It’s still a nice place to live. I actually really love it.
