Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe building sold me with a indoor pool and after they got you to sign a lease they said no more pool, I live on a high floor and can’t even look out my window because of how dirty they are and they said they don’t plan on cleaning them. The parking seems a little expensive. Management sucks poor attitude. The only benefit is the Surf Club access.
