Every year, my wife and I leave for vacation and allow a couple or two, or a family of four, to enjoy our space and our gorgeous terrace. Youll be close to everything: hundreds of restaurants, bars, art galleries, transportation, and Manhattan. The minimum rental period is 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks. You can choose any 2 to 4 weeks between July 4 and august 29.

The space

Our loft is about 1,500 SF with a 300 SF terrace overlooking Continental Army Plaza. We have 12 large windows and a couple of them are extra-large. We are at the second floor and own the south side of the building.

If you rent our space you will take advantage of a large private bedroom and closet space. The bed is a low platform and the mattress is a Sleepys Coolsense Posturepedic Memory Foam, California king size, EXTREMELY comfortable, and we provide clean towels and linens. We have a super fast WiFi connection, and you will have there a 42 HDTV.

The rest of the space is open, but you can make 2 large areas private by pulling extra large curtains we installed. In one of these two areas there is a California King sofa bed placed in front of a 75 4k smart TV that receives roughly 1,000 channels.

We have 2 full bathrooms with granite floors and a very well equipped kitchen.

Our deck is spacious, relatively private, and furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people, 2 very comfortable beach beds, and a awning that covers the whole deck.

Our loft is one of 12 units in a condo and if you rent from us you would have to respect our space and all the other owners in this very prestigious, Brooklyn style boutique-luxury building.

PS. If you come to NYC to party hard, this is not the place for you.
