Are there any good apartment recommendations for someone looking to rent in East Austin or The Domain?

I would look at Sentral maybe for elevated living, other places are called luxury but fail to deliver

Not sure a lot of places are are old n need to upgrade. But my experience in apartment I gotta say Salado made me feel welcome coming from losing everything in house fire

East Austin is known for it's eclectic , arts. The domain is a master plan upscale neighborhood in north Austin known for it's shopping vibe, with a mix of historic homes and modern apartments

Gracy farms is my first apartment in this area. So far it’s been great.

Is Living in Downtown Austin Worth It?

Very much so. I moved from COS, CO and I feel like I received 5 raises to go along with my promotion.

Just depends on person and preferences. I have many friends living downtown and all have different incomes, different lives, jobs, etc., but love it down there.

Depends on your reason for living there. Its not worth it if you just do the usual grocery store, errands, work, then home routine. But if are active, then I'd say it has exactly what you are looking for. I would be picky though as not all parts of Austin are created equal.

If you work downtown, can afford it and don’t want to commute and deal with traffic, sure!

Depends on what you’re looking for in life outside of work and also depends on what you’re willing to pay, it’s very pricey

What makes Austin, Texas the best place for renters?

I was relocated here after a promotion and it is inexpensive.

The new L.A. basically. It’s better to get here early nowadays and get on the ball to establishing yourself because it’s definitely the place to be for opportunities.

Small neighborhood feel but still a city, accessibility, plenty of entertainment districts, plenty of things to do

Austin area along is a nice vibe with lots to do.

Beautiful City with lots of outdoor activities. Small towns are not that far away so it’s always cool to visit one and learn it’s history.

Circle C south Austin, Spicewood Springs, jollyville, lakeline

Well so far like Salado..always lived in duplexes, townhomes, & house

Barton Springs, South Congress, Brentwood

Arboretum - close to the domain and shopping. 4 points west side - by the lake and east austin - lots of culture and close to downtown.
