The room is very large and spacious. Lots of closet space. Heat & hot water are included, so only pay WiFi and electricity (typically extra $60-$70 per month). Laundry is conveniently located right in the building. There's air conditioning both in the room and whole apartment. There's a storage unit and space for a bike in the basement. There is also a dedicated off-street parking spot available for an extra $100/month. The other room in the apartment is occupied by a friendly, young female professional.
