The entire place is professionally cleaned for every stay The space COVID 19 - We hire a professional cleaning service that we have used for years to clean the space and wipe down every corner. About us - We have a toddler and work full time in research and corporate world. The house amenities reflect our life style - there is a dedicated office space, desk in our spacious bedroom, all kinds of books everywhere, high quality mattresses, a lot of toys and children books in three languages, fiber internet and ethernet cable covering the whole house. No TV. Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare just about anything. There are manual coffee grinders, Espresso, French Press and Mocha coffee makers. No filter coffee machine. The oven is electric induction, which means only pots that are magnetic to metal can work, people who have use medical devices that are sensitive to magnetic field should stay away from the oven, the surface is fragile and can not tolerated melted sugar. Backyard - Our backyard is wonderful! There are roses, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and a variety of plants around. It also features cozy sitting areas, outdoor dining, charcoal BBQ station, hammock, and bistro lights. It is perfect for outdoor relaxation. Guest access First floor is an open space that's composed of the living room, dining space, kitchen and a piano space. There is also a half bathroom located on this floor. Second floor has a full bathroom with tub and shower, two spacious bedrooms, a small bedroom with a crib, a rocking chair and cushion on the floor that could sleep little kids. Basement has extra storage space and laundry machines. The backyard has a lounge set, a square dinning table, a charcoal grill, a hammock, lights, lots of berry plants and roses. There is a little porch in front of house. Other things to note No smoking, no pets, no parties and no shoes indoor. Parking - We don't have off-street parking, but there is ample free street parking right in front of the house. No permit needed. Just watch out for Tuesday street cleaning and adhoc construction that could require cars parking on only one side of street or in certain area. Transportation - There are rental bike stations around. The bike paths around here are truly wonderful. The closest train stations are Heath St Station and Jackson Sq Station, both are 0.3 mil away.
