no drawers in kitchen, paint peeling instantly upon moving in(wrong paint), big ass dogs on the property with loud barking, dude has a monster truck that backfires, you have to pay for everything they advertise is included in rent, my spiral staircase is detatching from the upstairs loft, toilets dont flush, nails sticking out of the wood, no shade over parking so your car dies in the sun, no storage space, they have to be lying about the sqft, crime is bad like domestic violence, double dutch to pull out of the parking lot onto the street, pool still not open, access to the gym depends on office hours, maintenance sucks and they use UNSKILLED underpaid weirdos, pest control is lacking and there are GIANT SPIDERS EVERYWHERE! you NEED a car so if you get in a wreck youre screwed because you lose your job then lose your home and they charge you the entire rest of the lease or destroy any chance of renting elsewhere in the future due to poor rental history and wrecked credit.. i instantly wanted to move out! the neighbors are rude af unless they want to sell you fake CBD weed.. gross.. i hate this place!
