People should be able to get into their apartment if their phone is dead or lost on not on them. People should be able to put their trash outside their door for trash valet without having to pay $150 to get someone to come unlock it because the door swung shut behind them and with their phone inside so they can’t get back inside their apartment. People should be able to go to their car and back or walk their dog without having to worry about leaving their phone behind and paying $150 to get back in their own place. The app alone is enough for most people not to want to renew their lease.
