From day one of moving in we've experienced one maintenance issue after another. Although they are normally addressed within an acceptable time frame, issues of black mold is repeatedly arising with management not properly addressing the issue. Water leaking from the apt above is an an issue with parts of the ceiling having to be cut out to address the mold and water leaking from above.
