Home is available beginning May 1, 2024. Rent from May 1st to November 1st would be only for the main house. After this the 625 square foot 1 bed 1 bath house separate house would be included in rental.

Tenant is renting the full main house. The guesthouse on the property is occupied. The garage space, which includes laundry is shared, but tenant has own washer and dryer designated.
We are open to one year lease with extension options or shorter term leases such as 6 or 9 months. The property can be furnished or unfurnished.
We are also open to including a lease purchase option. Lease would be for 2-5 years with purchase option within last year of lease and valid for 1 year until lease term. Purchase option would require a nonrefundable option fee deposit of 2-3% of appraised value based on lease term. Under purchase option, renter covers repairs and maintenance. Rent would be $8,500 monthly with 10% being returned as a rent credit upon execution of purchase option.
