Verified residentReview source: verified residentI paid over 3k in rent. They give you a base rent but add all these other made up fees. Like you have to pay to get your packages delivered. Guest parking is 5 dollars. The rent is not worth is because the elevators be dirty smelly dog pee everywhere.
