The phase 1 property is extremely old and dated. You can notice all the carpet stains and poor paint jobs. Stairwells to Phase 1 gets dirty and it looks like management just paints over dirt. I also noticed roaches/bugs in hallways. Units get the landlord special, where doors and unit equipment is just painted over. Keys to entryway work on some doors, your constantly going to from desk to get your keys reset. The property has an issue with packages. There’s not directive for delivery drivers so they fill up a room with boxes. It’s crazy to call phase 1 a luxury apartment because it really isn’t at all. For the price you could live somewhere else cleaner. Maybe phase 2 is better.
Office people are very nice and maintenance guys fix everything really fast. The main problem here is that common areas are a disaster... No maintenance at all, landscape is not being taken care off, pool has mold on the borders, fences near pickleball and mini soccer are broken. Trash rules are not enforced as well as parking rules, you see people parking on the street lots of times.
