Upon entering you will find a game room located to the right. A pool table easily converts into an air hockey table & a ping pong table is available providing plenty of entertainment for everyone. A study is on the left where you can revel in your favorite novel while relaxing in the massage chair. Additionally there is a wet bar located in this room. The chef’s kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, a wine cooler, a gas stove & plenty of counter space to create memorable dishes for your friends and loved ones. The adjacent dining area seats up to five & has a fantastic view of the water & pool.

As you make your way to the master suite, you will find a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and two French doors that allow you private access to the pool and lanai. The master ensuite bathroom has dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a large walk-in shower with dual heads.
