The Master has a nice sized walk in closet with a Queen-sized bed, Spacious dining room, living room furniture opens up to a queen size bed and 2 single beds. 70 inch smart TV. Family room is right off the kitchen with a nice large sofa. One guest room has a Queen size bed the other guest room has a lovely trundle bed and a walk in closet. 5 night min rental.

Plenty of room for parking with a two car garage and a large driveway. Washer/Dryer included.

Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 5 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit.

Rates shown are base rents that include utilities. Additional fees include a $250 departure cleaning fee, Internet fees if not provided by Owner, sales/resort taxes and pet fees if applicable. Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received. Small pet allowed with owner's approval and non-refundable pet fee. $190 additional for the week if you choose to heat the pool, $25 per week after the 1st week.
