Lost Creek at Lakewood Ranch

• On 02/14/2026, I moved into the apartment to find the toilet was not working. In attempts to flush the toilet, for the majority of the time, the toilet handle gave no resistance when applying pressure to flush. The inner parts of the toilet were not working. Went to the office to inform them of the toilet not working on 02/15/2026. Resort to using a bucket to flush the toilet prior to maintenance coming out to fix the toilet. • On 03/05/2026, there were multiple issues that occurred simultaneously that were brought to managements attention. o On 03/05/2026, I informed the office that since I moved in, my downstairs neighbor’s fan creates a loud humming, which reverberate through the floor and keeps me up at all hours of the night. I am familiar with the sound due my apartment’s living room and bedroom fans, which share the same humming. The weather returned to being hot after a short cold front, which lead to my downstairs neighbor utilizing their fan more often producing the loud humming. This humming at night became unbearable on 03/05/26. To resolve this issue temporarily at 2 AM, I migrated from the bedroom to the living room with a very heavy queen size mattress, just so I could get some sleep. After overexerting myself trying to move the mattress, I tried to turn lower the temperature in the apartment to cool down. o On 03/05/2026, when I went to turn on the A/C, it was not working.
