This 4 bedroom home is in a fantastic central Fort Collins location, close to Whole Foods, King Soopers, O'Dea Elementary, and Spring Creek Park. The main floor has hardwood and LVP floors, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two comfortable living rooms. The basement has two additional non-conforming bedrooms, another bathroom, an unfinished laundry room, and an additional family room/rec room. Central Heat with a forced air furnace, and AC from a mini-split which also functions as an additional heat source and whole house fan.

The back yard is huge with a dedicated garden area with raised beds. Tenants are responsible to maintain the grass and keep up with weeds, but not to improve the condition. Storage shed is available for tenant use in the back yard. Parking for a small-to-medium RV or camper is available beside the house.

Fort Collins Connexion fiber internet is available.

No smoking of any kind on the property.
Back yard fence is not fully enclosed, so no pets allowed at this time.
