Walking distance to RTD Light Rail Colorado Station and near a variety of food and retail options on Colorado Blvd. Less than 10 minute drive to the University of Denver campus and close to AdventHealth Porter. Super quick access to I-25 to easily get to Denver Tech Center, downtown Denver, or the airport. This property is unfurnished. One dog is negotiable. An additional monthly pet fee and refundable pet deposit will apply. Security deposit equivalent to 100% a full month's rent and monthly fees is required. There is a $50 HOA reimbursement fee due with rent each month. The HOA covers water, sewer, trash, recycling, snow removal, and grounds maintenance. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
