Looking for longer term (12+) month lease and someone with good credit and rental history. I will be asking for rental references. Utilities are separated for electricity and gas for each unit, water and wastewater are billed to landlord and will be split evenly between each unit at the end of each month. Please no pets and no smoking. Each unit has a private detached garage and paved parking space in front of house and two overflow spots in the back of the house. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and basic landscaping maintenance.
