    The moment I signed the lease for The Colony Townhomes it’s been a nightmare for me and my family. We toured a model home and were promised that our townhouse that we would move into would be remodeled with stainless steel appliances. I asked leasing staff weeks before my move-in date, if I couture the actual townhouse, I will be moving into. I was denied access to view our moving unit until the day before I was scheduled to move in. Everything they promised with our tour of the model townhouse with everything opposite. No stainless steel appliances. The refrigerator wasn’t clean, ceiling fans and light fixtures were completely filled with dust. Now six months into living at The Colony the main gate code is not functioning. My son has special needs and the bus cannot enter the building because they fell to repair the gate code box. I would not recommend anyone to move at The Colony Townhomes. It is a complete scam.

    Management is condescending and unhelpful. Gate is always open so homeless people are always digging through the trash. Sinks constantly leaking and getting backed up. Random person urinated on the bottom of our steps and management has done nothing to sanitize or prevent it from happening again. Clicker to front gate doesn’t work.
