This 2BD/2.5BA, 1,249 sq. ft. three-story townhome in San Marcos sits within a gated community, with a pedestrian entry that opens into a foyer with direct access to the two-car garage. From there, a staircase leads up to the main living floor, keeping the home's social spaces elevated and open.
The main level brings the living room, dining area, and kitchen together, with a half bathroom for everyday convenience. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula that adds prep space and a natural spot to pull up a stool, while a sliding door in the dining area opens to a covered balcony, a shaded spot to catch the breeze as the evening settles in.
Both bedrooms are on the top floor, each with carpet flooring and its own ensuite bathroom, giving everyone their own private space. The primary suite adds a walk-in closet and a dual vanity, and a dedicated laundry room on this level keeps the routine right where you need it.
Central A/C keeps every level comfortable, and the community pool and BBQ area offer easy ways to enjoy sunny afternoons without leaving home.
Cal State San Marcos is just a couple of miles away, North City's shops and dining are close by, and Target, Sprouts, and Costco are all a short drive, with quick access to the 78 for reaching Escondido and the coast. Two private suites, a balcony for breezy evenings, and North County at your fingertips, this San Marcos townhome is ready to welcome you!
