* Applicants must have verifiable and positive rental history from current and previous housing providers (last 4+ years or last two landlord references, whichever is greater).
* We will consider first time renters.
* Cosigners are considered for income purposes only.
* Cosigners must complete the application process by submitting the same requested documents.
* Cosigners will sign the lease agreement as a lessee; they are not listed as an "occupant" on the lease agreement.
