1Br/1.4 Bath Condo. This is the LARGER 1 BR unit, Best view of SF Bay, San Francisco skyline, Golden Gate Bridge, and to Mt. Tam and North Bay mountains. Photos of views are from Unit, not faking it from somewhere else on property like some listings. Probably the best view-angle in Pacific Park Plaza, a landmark building.

$2395. We will negotiate and meet or beat rental price of similar Bay view condo actually available to you.
Great location. Emeryville built access for this building. Faster to get to downtown San Francisco than most neighborhoods in SF. Many Cafes, restaurants, nightlife and shopping walking distance, Bay trails two blocks away, uses Ashby or Powell entrance to freeway.
LARGE 1 bedroom with 768 sq feet. 30 additional square feet on a balcony (the balcony also overlooks SF Bay). Separate powder room from the private bathroom, with a separate sink, so it is like 1.4 bathrooms and guests won’t see your private bath. (Many 1 bedrooms in this building are smaller "junior" units. Those have 130 fewer square feet and no balcony and balcony door for ventilation, no separate bath - but this one is the larger size, with balcony and plenty of room for dining tables and desks. All the space is usable with the View - not like some units in which you have to go all the way to the window to peek at the Bay.
VIEWS: Bay and Golden Gate view from all rooms in this condo. Sit in bed and look directly at San Francisco skyline and Golden Gate. Kitchen looks directly to the Bay and Marin County and North. Living room and balcony has same view but expanded, from San Francisco skyline to past Mt Tam. Bay is even visible through the bathroom door as you brush your teeth or exit the shower. You see the sunset, SF is still in the fog, or clouds roll in the Golden Gate, as you are basking in East Bay sunshine.
Pacific Park Plaza has every amenity, above and beyond other condos. Like a Vacation Resort with all of these:
-Heated Swimming Pool and in-ground hot pool;
-Huge Gym, with showers and saunas;

-Parking area for locking bicycles (enjoy level biking in the area, bike to the marina, Bay trail)
-EV charger available in parking
-Free Comcast expanded basic TV – 40+ channels to complement your streaming;
-For Wi-fi you can contract with 4 carriers (Comcast, ATT, etc.) for the installed wires

-Laundry with 5 machines virtually across the hall from this condo.
-Rentable club room for entertaining
-Landscaped park area on site and a park across the street
THE BEST SHOPPING IN THE EAST BAY! Café’s and restaurants!
-Across the street, Emeryville’s “Public Market” has 10 restaurants, Peets, Bars, Urban Outfitters and Guitar Center, and urban professional laptop jungle and community hang-out
-Trader Joes’s is 3 blocks level walk, along with many other large (Ross, Old Navy) and small stores and restaurants at Powell Street Plaza;
-Emeryville Marina and park and bayview trails on Powell a couple blocks away.
-Bay Street shopping street is just 6 level blocks away, with AMC 16 movies, Apple Store, PF Chang, Pizza My Heart, H&M, Barnes & Noble and many others.
-You can basically walk to ALL in minutes or bike. Just beyond that: IKEA, Target, Home Depot, Pak&Save etc. etc., all within a mile of your condo.
BEST COMMUTE IN THE BAY AREA: Powell Street entrance puts you directly on the Bay Bridge to SF, or immediately onto 580 or 880. You can be in SF Financial District in 13 minutes, in off-peak hours. You can be in downtown San Francisco faster than most people who live in San Francisco.
TRAIN -Amtrak station is across the street for trains to San Jose or Sacto or across the state.
BART: Emery-Go-Round free shuttle to BART that goes by all the shopping and takes about 13 minutes to get to McArthur BART Station. Shuttle runs about every 15 minutes and has wi-fi.
