The interior has been fully repainted and new baseboards installed just 18 months ago. New recessed lighting added as well as new quartz kitchen countertops, new gas oven and new built in microwave oven. New kitchen sink and faucets. New garbage disposal. We tried to think of everything. Miniblinds throughout. This is a fabulous location, just a few minutes from the 405 Freeway and 20 minutes from Bolsa Chica State Beach.
