Complex is filthy, full of animal feces and roaches. Parking is terrible my cars have been hit multiple times. Laundry room and gym are filthy and I have also seen roaches in there. Pools are usually locked or dirty. Gates are open 24/7 yet complex is advertised as a gated community. Property management does nothing but add more charges to your rent every month. Front office is always closed or locked during business hours. Crackheads and homeless people always on property, peeing and sleeping by the trash dumpsters and washing themselves in the pools.
Really loving my apartment and great amenties in apartment.
