You'll find beautiful vinyl plank flooring and large windows throughout. The kitchen has an adjacent breakfast area, as well as a breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, pendant lighting, pantry, and comes equipped with coordinating stainless steel appliances: a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven/range, and built-in microwave. The master suite features a walk-in closet, glass stand-in shower, a dual sink vanity and granite countertop. The property also offers a laundry area, mudroom bench, two-car garage, and central heat and air. The backyard hosts a covered patio and is surrounded by a privacy fence. If you have a pet or a Service/Support Animal you will need to complete a separate screening application for each of them at cpm.petscreening.com. Application fees are non-refundable. All complete applications will be processed upon receipt. No utilities are provided, tenant is responsible for all. The Conquest Property Management, Inc. Tenant Advantage Program (TAP) is designed to provide convenience and valuable, professional services to our residents. By applying to lease with CPM, tenants agree to be auto-enrolled in the program and agree to pay an additional $25.00 each month, payable with rent. This program includes benefits such as Filter Delivery, Online Tenant Portal, Waived Late Fee, Utility Concierge, Inspection Reschedule and more! Participation in this program may vary due to the property specifications. The cost of the program is all-inclusive.
