    Upon my initial move-in, I requested a garage and, despite residing here for a year, have yet to receive one. A newer resident was granted a garage before me, despite my longer tenancy. While parking was initially manageable, the current lack of available parking after 10 PM, following my classes, is problematic. Furthermore, children playing unsupervised in the parking lot and street pose a significant safety hazard. The building's thin walls, floors, and ceilings result in excessive noise from neighboring units. The elevators, breezeway, stairwell, and hallways are consistently unclean due to residents and their children. Package theft is a recurring issue, as is the theft of residents' groceries. Additionally, children are engaging in unsafe behavior, including high-speed scooter riding in the upper levels and fighting. My overall experience at this property has been extremely unsatisfactory.
