12-month lease minimum. A multi-year lease is negotiable. No Smoking. Tenant pays utilities. All occupants over 18 and any cosigners must submit a separate application. The application fee is $50 per application. Applicants must authorize a background check to be considered. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If applicant is approved with any pets, there will be a $400 non-refundable pet fee as well as pet rent of $10 per month per pet.
