Where do I even begin? It should read Alden Park outdated apartment buildings out front. To have a giant sign that says luxury apartments the building is super outdated. I get the building is old but the rent is way to high for the building not to be updated.The water gets shut off every other week, which messes with hot water when it's turned back on and takes the water forever to heat up. Every time it rains hard the window seals start leaking and leave water damage around the wall. Maintenance came and repainted over which was only ruined again when it rained because the actual problem was never repaired. And the problem effects numerous apartments, so much so they sent an email out asking to stop submitting Maintenance request to prepare the windows. We were told because it was winter, they had to wait to get the window fixed. It is now almost the end of the summer and nothing has been done about the windows. The gate to the parking lot has been broke since I moved here. They claimed in November they were getting it fixed. It's now August and it's still broke. Someone recently broke in assaulted and robed an employee. We weren't notified until 2 weeks after the incident AFTER, the news exposed them and made residents aware that we had not been notified about the incident. People smoke weed on the balconies and smell travels to my apartment. Even though we have to pay for broken gated parking, there's not enough parking spots and people make their won parking spots that often block in the people who are actually legally parked. The little things add up to be big things. I wouldn't recommend anybody to move here
