*Tenant put all utilities in their name. Upon moving in

*Maintenance Tenant pays for all that damage. And it needs repair.
*Tenant pays for a clogged sink and drainage. Broken pipe outside the walls.
*Tenant pays to maintain their AC units' service before winter and before summer. Maintenance must be reported to the Landlord for the landlord's observation. At the date and time of service. Also, perform all fixtures and maintenance on anything else in or on the property.
*Tenant pays for all appliances to be maintained. And upkeep.
*No smoking in the house or on the property.
