1. The complex has a beautiful rooftop, and I was excited to invite friends over. Unfortunately, after signing the lease, I was informed that residents are limited to only two guests—a restriction I wouldn’t have agreed to if I’d known beforehand. I’ve seen others bring more guests without issue, so I assumed enforcement was relaxed. However, when I invited friends for a gathering, bad weather left the rooftop nearly empty, yet I was still asked to leave. The staff member was polite but had to enforce management’s rules, which made for an embarrassing experience. 2. While traveling abroad, I received an email stating that cars had to be removed for garage power washing. I responded to let them know I was out of the country, but management informed me that the only option was to tow my car at my expense. No alternatives were offered, which was incredibly frustrating. 3. Additionally, while I was away, parts of my motorcycle were stolen. The lack of security like this was disappointing. Overall, the staffs and directors are friendly and professional, but the policies set by management feel rigid and unreasonable at times. I wish there was more flexibility and consideration for residents’ needs.
Beautiful property, just wish it had more smart home features for the price. However it’s brand new and beautifully designed and the amenities are fabulous.
