Our second floor apartment is completely up to date - with all new appliances, hardwood floors, central air/heat, washer/dryer in the unit, refrigerator with filtered water and a dishwasher. Both bedrooms are spacious with large closets and windows. The master bedroom includes a full bath and large floor plan. The guest bedroom/office has a view overlooking our downstairs neighbors gardens. Second bathroom is fully equipped with a spa shower. Jersey City Heights is culturally rich with lots of restaurants and parks in walking distance and is walkable to Hoboken. The apartment is less than a 10 minute drive to the path train and there is a bus to NYC from either corner of the street that runs regularly. There are many options for NYC commuters. Additionally, there are four units in the building and each set of our neighbors are great company are respectful building partners. The arrangement: We're open minimum of a one year lease and up to two years. We'll include water, garbage, sewage, HOA maintenance fees etc., you are responsible for electric and internet.
