Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe management here and leasing agents are unable to proactively solve problems with the residents. I was told that there was nothing they could do regarding three separate noise complaints. Seeing that they can’t resolve the issue I offered a solution to transfer units and was told that I wouldn’t be able to do that. Now I have to live with the obnoxiously loud neighbor upstairs.
