The noise of dirt bikes riding through the neighborhood prevent rest during the day. People playing loud music for hours at a time is unacceptable. The walls are so thin in the apartment, that you can hear neighbors doing most things. The way my apartment was renovated was the furthest thing from spotless. It is not worth over $1,300 a month. Maintenance has improved since the new supervisor has stepped in.
