Certified service and support animals permitted by law, with appropriate paperwork provided and verification through PetScreening.com. Owner reserves the right to deny certain pets based on breed. All tenants must complete a PetScreening.com profile after application approval (additional fees may apply).
Rent: Six month leases $3,550/mo. Security deposit: $3,350. Twelve month leases $3,200/mo. Security deposit: $3,200. Rent includes water, sewer, trash, high-speed internet and lawn care. Only electric service will be tenant's responsibility. First, last and security deposit required for move-in. Income verification, rental history verification and background check required on every applicant age 18+. Renters insurance required for all applicants.
