A credit score of 600 or higher is generally required for approval. Applicants with scores below 600 may still be considered with additional conditions, such as a higher security deposit, qualified cosigner, or other mitigating factors.

Co-signer Qualifications: Income 4x rent amount. No evictions, bankruptcy or civil judgments within the last 7 years. Subject to credit, background, and income verification. A credit score of 650 or higher is required.

Application Fee: $65 per person. NON-REFUNDABLE. Each occupant over the age of 18 must send in a separate application.
