    Honestly, these apartments just kind of suck. Neighbors blast the music at all hours of the day. There are raccoons in the ceiling. The windows and doors don’t close properly. And management doesn’t do anything to fix these problems. Moreover, if you want to terminate your lease early, you must continue paying rent until they find a replacement tenant, which might take a while, because these apartments always have vacancies. While the price is cheap, I think it’s worth spending an extra hundred dollars somewhere else for peace of mind.
