Verified residentReview source: verified residentA week after I moved in someone loved in and walks around with automatic weapons and has friends coming and going carrying automatic weapons openly Also this place has an investigation of cockroaches they have sprayed but it hasn’t helped I have treated my own place but they still exist the carpet on the stairs is falling off The stairs near to a opened with pipes which have leaked The playground was vandalized and burnt where the plastics is melted and not USABLE This place could be so much better it is so close to being state shut down if they don’t respond and clean up the mess No one should live in these conditions Landlords should be held at a higher standard
