Very nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in the heart of the Saint Anthony Park neighborhood of St Paul. Well maintained and spacious apartment. Walk in closets and large bedroom. 950 square feet. Heating Underground Parking (extra fee) .

Very nice neighborhood and walkable to parks, restaurants, bars, grocery, etc.

-Section 8 voucher accepted

-Deposit is the same as rent

-No evictions or felonies in last 7 years

-Tenant pays gas, electric, and flat fee for the water/sewer/trash bill. - $75 PER MONTH

-12 month lease term.

-Coin Laundry machines in the private basement.

-Heated underground parking for $100 per month if desired.

Application fee is $40 and this is paid directly to the website that does the background check and sends us a report. No fee for initial screening application.

PETS ARE OKAY!!
We charge an extra initial fee and monthly pet rent. $50 per dog, $50 per cat. $250 non refundable fee.
